Do I need an account?
Anyone can shop with Discount Shoe Sales simply decide if you would like to register or shop as a guest it’s up to you. However, if you register it will make future purchases more seamless with pre-saved address information.
What delivery options are available?
We have an array of options for you to choose from depending on your location and the urgency you want to receive your goods. Please see the delivery section for more information.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
It's not always possible to change or cancel an order once an order has been placed. However, if you decide you want to cancel within a few hours of placing the order please contact us. If your order has already been processed you will need to follow our returns procedure to obtain a refund.

The item I want is out of stock, when will it be available again?
We regularly replenish stock for information please email or call for details.
How will I know if my order has been received successfully?
When you check out your shopping basket the final page will thank you for your order. Within a few minutes you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please check the details on this confirmation are correct.
What are your delivery timescales and charges?
- Standard Delivery UK £5.00 (3-5 working days)
- Deliveries Mon - Sat between 8am - 6pm (excluding Bank Holidays)
- During busy periods Standard Delivery may take up to 2 days longer.
- Overseas Delivery fees and timescales vary (see website delivery section)
Do you despatch outside UK?
Yes we do. Select your country at the shopping basket and the delivery charge will automatically update. A list of delivery charges are available on the delivery section of our website.
Can you deliver products not available in your online store?
Yes, we are happy to post items which are not available to customers in our online store. Please call or email for more information.
What do I do if I have not received my order within the stated time?
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within the delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.
If I have returned an item for an exchange, when can I expect my replacement parcel?
Replacements are usually processed within 14 days of the parcel being returned to us.
How do I pay for my online order?
You can pay for your order online with a valid debit or credit card. We accept Switch, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. You can also use PayPal, Google Pay, Authorisation of your card will be taken at point of order and the payment will appear on your bank statement.
Can you provide guidance on footwear sizing?
There is a size chart provided below the product description for each item we sell. If you need more help please call or email the store.
Are your goods brand new and first quality?
All products we sell are “first quality” and free of defects. They are not factory seconds.
Are delivery charges refunded if I return my order?
Charges are refunded if a product in the order is found to be faulty. Otherwise, we do not refund delivery charges when orders are returned.
If you return your order to your local store, the refund will be processed immediately. If you return them by post, we will process your refund once we have received your items.
Refunds for online orders are credited back to the original payment method.
Please allow at least 5 working days for the refund to be credited back to your bank account. This may take a little longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the payment.
